Availability of more cars. I had the choice of only 2. Family emergency arisen. I had to leave town at 0230. Alarm on dash began ringing. The Left rear tire was very low on air..29 psi. All other 3 had 35. Had to search for a gas station...at 2:30 in the morning. Unsafe for a female travelling alone8.0 Very good

The personnel working at Hertz were nice and apologetic.Cons:
We had to wait over an hour because they didn't have any cars the size we ordered. They offered us a SUV, if we paid the upgrade fee. When we finally got a car it smelled aweful. They sprayed the car but it didn't help. The back car seat was stained. The trunk was dirty. The staff was nice and apologetic but they didn't offer any type of discount for the inconvenience of waiting over an hour. They offered us a SUV if we wanted to pay the upgrade fee, really...Dollar

The priceCons:
I was disappointed I didn’t get the car I reserved. Customer service sucks. While doing the paperwork I noticed they were closed on Sunday which is when I was planning on returning the car and I was told just drop off the keys in the box. I then waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring me the car. The attendant gave me the keys and walked off. I then took pictures of existing damage and drove off. At the first traffic light I noticed the fuel tank was only 1/4 full. Not seeing a phone number to call I went back to the office to inquire and was told the fuel level is on the back of the key. I’m now behind schedule as it has taken over an hour to get the car and find a gas station. Super annoyed! Then my son gets into the back seat and cuts his hand on an piece of broken glass!!! Then when I returned the car in realize I had been given no instructions on where to park and the office was closed. Very annoyed with hertz.8.0 Very good

Hours limited, opened at 9AM for drop off. Actually, opened late, was number 4 in line. Clerk was helpful and courteous but late opening put me in time crunch.8.8 Very good

I would've appreciated picking up the vehicle on a full tank of gas. I didn't like having to get it, being on a time schedule then having to stop to fill up the vehicle. It was at half a tank when I picked it up.Budget

I got to the budget drop off in Torrance at 1:30 in the afternoon and there wasn't anybody around. I waited 20 mins. And the guy showed up. Maybe they need more than one person working there.2.0 Poor

Nothing. Well wait, actually journey was playing when I walked in, so there's that!Cons:
Location did not have cars when arrived. Waited two extra hours. Had to book directly thru enterprise. Missed flight connection. Uber and taxi fees to and from this location twice to try and pickup.Good to know
