Everything was disgusting. It was so bad we wouldn't even stay there. We walked out and went and booked somewhere else. They wouldn't give us our money back because they have a 48 hour cancellation policy because they know if you show up to their property you won't want to stay there.
It was quite. Very easy to find.
The carpets looked stained.
Very nice and helpful staff; good location in center of Carson City; great restaurant a few steps away -- Reds 395 Grill. There were some negative comments about this hotel, but for the price, we thought it was an excellent value and really had no complaints.
Plenty of TV channels.
When I arrived, they gave me an electronic room key. When it didn't work I brought it back. They gave me another one which also did not work. On the third try, they checked it themselves with another key, which also did not work. It was late and I was hungry so I left to get a bite to eat while they worked it out. When I returned they gave me a different room. They should have either given me a different room immediately or gone to check the second key themselves, given that I was a traveler and exhausted. Additionally, while the room was clean and functional, it was stark/bare, the bed was as hard as a rock, and the pillows uncomfortably thin.
