The breakfast was very nice and beds were comfortable. Provide multiple pillows ratings from soft to hard which was a plus for my wife. WIFI was good. Just a nice place to stay after a long days driving.
On second floor and did not have an elevator. Entrance wall switch turned off text lamp and it's pc a/c power so laptop would powered down.Nice location off I75 and seemed a secured location.W. Got it at a good price.
Best free breakfast ever! Promise
nopeDalton exit gets premium prices, this Cartersville or more specifically White location was great.
Interior was very nice and clean. Hot breakfast was the best I've had in a long time at a hotel that 'includes breakfast' with a reservation.
Room was rather small and outdated. TV and bathroom were the worst in size functionality.change star rating to 2 ...... 2+ at best.
Hotel staff were courteous and friendly.
Lack of assistance to accommodate elderly war veterans who struggled going up the stairs. Having an elevator would greatly help the hotel
Very clean, very nice.
We checked in, and went to our room.........someone else was given that room. Scared all of us for a minute or two. We made our apologies and walked all the way back to the desk - for a 'sorry.' The breakfast was not the best - but we got along fine.We were satisfied, especially with the deal we got on Priceline. But that sort of a room mix up - could have been a problem.
The room was well decorated and the hot tub was a pleasure.
My dogs had to sleep in the car.
The room and bed were fairly clean. The bed was comfortable.
Outside of the room everything smelled bad and looked unkept. There were no elevators in this hotel, so you had to drag bags up the stairs. The staff was not friendly when they had to assist because the key cards did not work for the door to the room.Overall this room was not the three stars that Priceline stated. I was lucky I didn't have my wife with me, she would not have stayed here due to the appearance of this hotel. The free breakfast was of poor quality. This hotel is not at the normal standards of a Holiday Inn. I'm in the travel industry and stay at Holiday Inns on a normal basis.
