The food at The Bistro was Amazing! Hannah Rocks! Thank You for providing such great service.
Clean rooms and nice facilities. Enjoyed the hot tub which was located inside and the pool which was located outside in the courtyard. Breakfast was overpriced at $* per person. When we booked we were told free breakfast on the weekends, but were not given any vouchers. This made for a bit of an uncomfortable situation when we were brought a bill, but the wait staff took care of it after a brief explanation. Lesson learned... ask at check-in for free breakfast coupons/vouchers. I REALLY would not have wanted to pay $* each for what was offered. We liked the security of the Courtyard layout with pool and activities enclosed. There was some shopping close by, and better shopping several exits to the east. The biggest mall is much closer to Raleigh so might want to consider a closer hotel if you are there for the shopping. Otherwise, I would stay here again if visiting the Cary area.
The hotel was beyond our expectation. The front desk was very attentive, providing great recommendations for restaurants. They also provided type-written directions to nearby malls and movie theaters. The bed was SWEET and the room service was above average. The staff was attentive. I will return again.
Rooms are very plain. Work area is not functional. Needs to step-up to 00's - wireless internet would be nice. Bottomline -- very overpriced for the Cary area.
This is hotel was more than i expected i fell in love at this hotel.
I stayed at this hotel with the love of my life, I was the best time of our lives. And i owe it all to this hotel, the service and the room was just amazing we felt right at home. I would highly recommed this hotel to any couples who are in love and want to feel right at home.

this hotel was located near major roads and highways with easy access to restaurants and stores. the room was clean, great a/c, had a computer hook up if needed and great parking lot.'
Everything about the room was fine except that it was a smoking room. I had reserved a non-smoking room. When I checked in, they told me I was getting a non-smoking room, but it was clear after I got into it that they had just aired out a smoking room and sprayed air freshener. When I complained they admitted that they were out of non-smoking rooms, so I was stuck. Just pretending to give the customer what they ordered and waiting to see if they catch on is not the quality of service I except from a Marriott.
