I was double billed.I stayed two nights in this location, both of which were prepaid through Priceline. When I checked in they wanted to swipe my card for 'incidentals', which I had none, but after I returned home I discovered I was billed again on my card for one night. I got my money back, but was it really just an error? Or was it a billing scam they hoped I wouldn't discover? Won't be going there again.
Nice facility, very good complimentary breakfast.
Sink and tub drained very slowly and had to call for maintenance to correct the problem.A decent place to stay, good value.
Excellent breakfast buffet included in room rate. Beds were very comfortable. Location was quiet. Very nice pool and well-kept hot tub.
Housekeeping left a dirty towel from previous guest on door hook in bathroomThe hotel appeared to be an older facility but with relatively recent remodeling. Very welcoming lobby and the lady at the front desk was very nice, not always the case when checking in during the late hours in hotels. The room was very large with a nice flat screen TV, working area and a comfortable bed. The only disappointment was finding a towel hanging on the bathroom door the was obviously from a previous guest. The bathroom was stocked with the average shampoo's and soaps with the standard curved shower rod in an effort to make the shower a bit larger than the original design. Hot water was plentiful but the hotel was also at about 2% occupancy during my stay. The room did have the slightly annoying wall-mounted air conditioner ...
Friendly staff and comfy beds.
N/AIt was a good over all stay. Good breakfast buffet, friendly staff and comfy beds.
The staff, public areas and dining where great.
Rooms were old, but extremely clean and well kept. Very dark in rear parking lot felt unsafe there, we used the front lot which was well lit. Elevators were old but worked ok.Hotel and grounds look great in the day time, a little dark at night. Very clean, great food, nice staff. Although the rooms seemed dated, it was a good experience and would stay here again.
One of the elevators smelled like an ashtray. The restaurant was so bad. It's called a Holiday Inn, but they should call it something else. This place is not just run down, it has a number of problems that made me feel like I was staying in a dirty cheap hotel. How did I pay this money in such a small town and end up with this experience? Not sure if there are better options in the area, but if I had to stay in Casa Grande again, I would rather find a hotel 30 minutes away and drive into the city.
noI do general constuction maintenance work for your Safeway store, and coming from Tucson my wife at times likes tagging along with me. We both like to stay at this hotel thank you so much
The quietness it was a good getaway from home

Trains that run all night, air conditioner noisey
