The staff that I talked to on the phone about my pills was very helpful in trying to track down my pills and I am very grateful.
I left two weeks of medicine in packs, unfortunately, I didn't realize it until 2 days later but there was no record of anyone finding them. There were no drugs that most drugies use mostly diabetic, blood pressure, & colesteral.
We went to casper to shop but didn't have any money left in the checking acct. after the holiday express double charged our credit card!! When we talked to the clerk she just said I can't do anything about it you'll have to call back monday. I told her we needed the money so we could go shopping as that is we were in casper for. She didn't even apologize or try to appease us in any way. We called back monday only to have the general manager, X tell us that we should contact our bank and that we just didn't understand how debit cards worked! She continued to try to say it was just the way debit cards worked. I have never had such a bad experience with a hotel EVER!! I still haven't been credited for the two extra charges! DON'T GO!!!! \n \n
I did not know what to expect when I booked my reservation includung air fare and hotel, other than I had often stayed at Holiday Inn Express facilites in other cities and had, for the most part, been satisfied. But this location is a jewel. It is nearly new, in a very convenient location near the main highways, as well as with easy access to the city of Casper. It is a great hotel and would be perfect for all travelers! I'd definetly return.
Beds are super comfortable!
This hotel is fully up to HI Express standards that are excellent. Convenient to a wide variety of restaurants, and other services. Everything worked perfectly.
