Some stale smoke smell, breakfast so-so
Friendly staff, excellent hot breakfast. I have stayed many times over many years, through many owners, and many remodels.
The lighting is poor in the breakfast area.
The location is good.
When I checked in, the person at the front desk was more interested in continuing his conversation with fellow employees. The room was not very clean & it looked like it hadn't been dusted in some time. The breakfast was ok but not as good as it has been.
Evening staff was pleasant, but should have used better judgement of placement of late arriving guests.
After driving 15 hours and a midnight arrival, I walked into the room that smelled of sulfur. Room 152 was adjacent to a main exit (door #3) and the hinge was broken, so as guests started departing at 6 am we were woken by the sound of the door slamming.
It felt dirty..there were ants on the floor in the bathroom and hair in the tub!
Pleasant front desk person Good breakfast. Soft bed, I like soft beds
The only thing that stands out was the tea selection was poor, very minor.
Clean quiet room Because of the weather and time of the year the motel was almost empty.
Because of the number of guests all meals were held in the Bar Room.
Nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.
Parking lot full of slushy snow. Needed to be plowed.
sagging mattress, rusty tub and shower curtain rods. Staff who were not able to answer basic questions. ie: 'where are the vending machines' asked of desk clerk answer: 'I don't know' with a shug of shoulders.
Bed was comfortable.
First room smelled bad, had to change. Breakfast was as poor as they come, surprising for a name hotel. Room beds weren't even queen, seemed odd since they were over 90% empty. Pool and breakfast area cold, like wear a coat cold. Below expectations.
nothing, it was scary
Wyoming hotels are geared up for the oil and gas workers, but now that the industry is in a slump, this hotel and probably most others are lagging. The room was stinky and I asked for a refund but they gave me a newer room.
The bed was wallowed out, i.e. depressed in the middle, so bad that it was not comfortable at all.
I was taveling with my wife and daughter. We all enjoyed the pool and hotub. My wife appreciated the breakfast buffet. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bathroom has been updated and had a great shower. The desk people were friendly. The hotel is right off the highway but no highway noise. The river runs right by it. The free breakfast was a-ok. Lots of parking. Big pool area.
The room smells, like it was smoked in a long time ago. The carpet was dated. The walls are thin - could hear the people next door. Nice enough for the price, but this is not a 3 star hotel.
The rooms were clean and up to date. The hallways and carpets have been attended to in the last rehab, and the outcome was very positive. The hot breakfast was a plus.
The rooms were small. It is an old facility that has undergone many face lifts. However, there is only so much you can do with a room that size and the options are very limited. As a constructive criticism I would suggest more staff at check in.
I like that they cater to the construction workers in the area. Those folks work hard and deserve a nice place to stay.
Purchased a three-star, got a two-star.
Room not very clean but doable
Room was very noisy, breakfast buffet was a joke
The room and physical facilities were clean and well maintained. We felt safe and welcomed during our stay.
The entry way to the check in desk and reception area reeked heavily of cigarette smoke. It was such a bad first impression that we wondered what other unpleasant things we would find. Gladly, this was the only bad experience. This needs to be addressed
Pool and common area were great
The beds were poor
That I only had to stay 1 night.
Check in was delayed because the housekeeping staff had walked out earlier in the day. I couldn't check in until 6 15 pm. The room stank and the carpet was stained. The key card to the exterior door worked only 1 time out of the 3 times I tried to use it.
The hotel is easy to find, has a pool, guest laundry, and a good breakfast.
There were ants in the bathroom.
Nice breakfast and room
The breakfast was set up well and had plenty of options to choose from.
Breakfast was great as was the space around it.
Less than friendly staff. The building had an odd mix of really expensive interior remodeling but exterior old and in a state of decay. The rooms look nice at first and show evidence of a remodel but then you notice cracks in the wall and water spots
The cable channels were not working.
Great swimming pool and relaxing hot tub. Free continental breakfast coupons were a real treat!
Side entrances had quite a few dead bugs in them...not very clean...
location wasnt bad
the first room they put us in,the bedding wasnt changed you could see that someone had slept in it. They put us in another room which was suppose to be a suite, there wasnt even a chair in the room and it was dirty.
This hotel is not even close to a 3 star rating. The only good thing about it is the location. The breakfast buffet was also fine, nothing great but not bad, either.
It was AWFUL! The room did not smell clean. The carpet was filthy. The upholstery on the luggage bench was stained. There were cobwebs along the ceiling. The beds were old and not very comfortable. The bathroom was stained and ugly.
Hard bed. Desk clerk and a client got into a large fight and the cop were threatened to be called. Very awkward for peoe that were trying to check in and out.
It was an extremely disappointing experience, so nothing.
The area is sketchy, people were a bit seedy, and the rooms were not clean...we found many bugs on the walls, in the bathroom, etc. We would never stay here again - I am extremely upset by the experience Ramada, a respected name in hospitality, provided.
The staff was very polite and the pool area was nice.
The rooms are cramped, especially the bathroom. Also the attention to detail in cleaning was lacking.
The hotel has a restaurant inside allowing a traveler just passing through the ability to stay in and grab a bite. They offer free wifi and warm breakfast. Everyone was friendly.
The pool was a little small.
Poor customer service.
It did smell clean in the lobby, but...
The room was filthy, smelled like cat box and the bedding (I didn't see until a.m.) was soiled! The pool and hot tub were so cloudy it looked awful. I actually paid $---- after taxes and boy what a disappointment. So not worth it.even at $----.
We asked for an accessible room, but they didn't have any available. The room we got was on the second floor, with no elevator. Very difficult to get there. Neighbors were high school kids having a graduation party, no adult supervision.
Staff was accommodating, helpful and did there best
Rooms were dirty, full of pet hair, beds were old, had to move rooms twice.
Location was ideal. Bed very comfortable.Hotel Employee at front desk went above and beyond to remedy various problems.
Low ceilings in hallways were haunting. Room windows sealed shut. Outdoor event was staged outside hotel at 7am Saturday morning!! Breakfast in the morning much the same as 2 star hotels.
The room was very small. The restaurant was staffed by one person, with 2 days on the job, and ran out of food. The front desk staff was unfriendly.
Quick to check in and out.
Furnace/room was cold and could not warm it up. Room was not very clean-some dirty and stained towels, human hair around sink and bathroom shelves.
Excellent breakfast and staff. Lounge area was enjoyable.
Tub gurgled randomly at night and our deadbolt did not work. Some pillows were old and lumpy.
This was a 2 star 'roof over your head' posing as a 3 star hotel. Obviously the oilfield trash is driving up rates and wearing down what once may have been a decent hotel.
The room was clean.
My wife inadvertently left clothes in the room and the housekeepers lied about what happened to them--originally said they didn't find any and then said they threw the clothes away.
First room was flooded, no food options past 10 for late travelers. Room was missing a shower curtain and dining room/pool area was FREEZING.
I was put in a smoking room, got moved to another room because my daughter has asthma. second room was cold, because the heating did not work. The maintainance man came down to fix the heating- while we were gone and when we returned it was warm at firs
This hotel was not a 3 star. The breakfast room dI'd not have heat. It was incredibly cold. The room was run down....the door in the bathroom was splintered. The roll away had burn holes in the sheets. Disappointing!
The whole experience left much to be desired. The hallways and room smelled of stale smoke. The towels were ones I'd choose to use as rags. There was a snafu for several customers who booked online, resulting in an oversold situation.
Dirty. The help in the restaurant was young and had lousy teeth. We kept thinking she was a meth addict. The 3star rating was a 1star in our opinion. We are also a shareholder with a few hundred shares. We won't be staying at a Ramada in the future.
I can't think of anything positive to say about the hotel.
Smells, people drinking beer in parking lot, location in light industrial (dusty, dirty) area, the stains on furniture, cramped bathroom (difficult to close door with a person inside, chemical smell, 'love my carpet' smell, and much more.
Easy freeway access.
Room was clean but the workmanship on patching hole was terrible, could not watch TV, kept having a pop up on the screen saying 'store display' repaving the parking lot on a weekend was not such a great idea either.
