the associate that got checked us into the car was very good and patient with us. the type of car i reserved was not available and she took her time to allow us to decide on an alternate vehicle.Cons:
I was disappointed that i reserved an SUV and that one wasn't available. they us "upgrade" to a pickup truck. The pickup truck was much longer and wider, plus it was VERY inconvenient for us when travelling from destination to destination with luggage in an open truck, Every time we stopped to eat or check something out, we had to put the luggage in the interior of the vehicle for safety. Plus it rained when we went to the Grand Canyon.2.0 Poor
