Our second time at this hotel convenience to every thing we needed and pet friendly too. Staff is great and the rooms are very nice.
We returned to our room at 1:00 a.m. to find a mouse in our room. They didn't have another room available so we left; the general manager refused to refund our money for both nights we had booked. NOT HAPPY, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!
The girls who worked the front desk were nice.
It was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.
Clean, beautiful, courteous!!
Front desk staff was courteous. Cable TV was not working properly, so the manager offered to take money off of the room since the hotel was full. No problem getting a late check out the next day either. Like new room. Breakfast was decent.
Great price, clean area, friendly staff.
The Wifi was horrible. I only got a signal in the bathroom. I was able to get a signal from the hotel across the street, but didn't have their password or username to log in. Be sure to bring an ethernet cable if you need to use the internet.
Great location. Affordable. Loved the breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again.
Very quick response for even minor requests. Very friendly staff!
Tub slow to drain, noisy AC
The lady who checked us in; She was extremely friendly and helpful.
The bath towels were pretty thin.
Friendly staff.Good breakfast
They hotel had made a mistake and had my reservation a month early and billed me as well. When I showed them my confirmation, they didn't charge me as it was their mistake.
It was clean and close to the Uni-dome--where we had our event.
We needed to be on the first floor--no elevators--and the only room available was a handicapped room--shower was difficult until we put two rolled up towels on the floor to catch the run-off water.
availability, price, it was exactly as advertised, friendly, helpful, got it for the pool even thought I ended up not having time to use it.We were only there long enough to nap before making a very late night drive back to our home town. It was perfect
The pool deck needed cleaning..badly
The room was nice and clean and big and had the things that we needed.
The pool area floor was muddy, like the tile was not finished and the pool had hair in it. So that was kind of disappointing.
The room was gross had condoms in trash and on the floor smelled like smoke and was a non smoking hotel I spoke with Jody in the morning with my issues and she told me hope I have a better day no sorry or anything never stay here again ever
Very clean. Friendly staff.
Hotels are for sleeping. This hotel was built out of paper and you could here every creek of a footstep, normal volume conversations could be heard from rooms away. Toilets flushing, doors closing. Literally slept 3 hours in two nights.
The staff put me in a rm between an extremely noisy family with the parents on 1 side, the kids on the other. The kids did not sleep all night, TV blaring, yelling, opening and slamming the room door all night. The staff, desk not 50' away, did nothing.
They gave us a King room that was handicap accessible. Which we didn't need but it was more roomy.
Yes- I felt that the hotel could of been cleaner!
I will not go back to this hotel, ever. The room smelled like burnt plastic and smoke. The staff was extremely rude and the pool area was overrun by intoxicated people.
I found that the hotel staff was extremely nice and very helpful with all my questions. My daughter had recently moved up there to attend college, so we didnt know the area that well at all. They had a map of the area and the staff was eager to assist us. At night we needed some extra pillows --no problem--were at our door in a jiffy... I needed to log into a computer for work purposes, but for some reason couldnt get logged in out front. The guy who travels to stay at the new properties took me into his office so i could use his personal computer so that i could assist a co-worker with a problem..to me that was going above & beyond!!! The pool area was neat & clean, as well as the overall property.. The only thing that I could see that they needed an extra hand during the breakfast hrs. One person handling the front & filling up the bar at the same time....sometimes made you wait to get an item that was out. I thought the price overall was a little high, but maybe it was the area, since they did seem competitive in their pricing. Other than that..everything was Great! We will be Back for sure! Sincerely-Tina
