Rooms were nice and clean, comfy bed
The hotel needs to seperate guests who bring pets away from non pet travelers, dog across the hall barked all day long.
No protein breakfast. It was all carbs.
Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Free parking, internet and continental breakfast. Several restaurants close by. Shopping centers and Mall also close by
No daily housekeeping. Rooms were equipped with oven, refridgerator and microwave, but you had to get plates, cups and silverware from the front desk. These items are not kept in the room.
Pretty and clean!
they dont change towels!
Staff, clean property, nice rooms.
Animal hair in the room.
attendants where not helpful when checking in or checking out
Clean, nice rooms. Excellent staff and awesome location.
Tv.channel.line up could.be better. Hd channels picture quality is what i missed. They has flat screen tv so adding hd tv satellite would be just perfect.
I loved that it was very clean and spacious and close to everything that we needed
The breakfast wasn't much just the basic muffins, coffee...continental breakfast
We were surprised to find out we had a kitchen and 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms!
Breakfast we very minimal. Apples, oranges, cereal bars, etc. Great snack, but not enough to fill you up!
Walking distance to shopping area..close to work..easy access to highway..
Staff is great. Bed is comfortable. Location and room size, kitchen
Slow WiFi, poor TV selection and no HD, room had odd smell, A/C unit temp hard to regulate, irresponsible dog owners
Staff, location, bed
Poor TV reception/selection, A/C units temperature difficult to control, too many dogs with irresponsible owners, WiFI is substandard
Location. Large room.
Smell in room.
Room size, beds, v clean and excellent location
Internet service was very bad, housekeeping is another cost to the client and not the responsibility of the hotel which is no fair. Need better breakfast choices and better citrus quoit for the tv.
location and room size
internet service unreliable and slow, no HD channels on the HD TV, too many dogs in the hotel
This hotel was roomy, quiet and accommodated our pets. The staff was very accommodating.
They charged $25 per pet per day. We had an additional $100 for our stay. Wish we'd known this in advance. The room, for the most part was very clean, the cushions on the couch had some stains on them. I flipped them. The breakfast is paltry.
Free internet and separate sitting area with a tv as well as a tv in the bedroom
Grab n go breakfast not very exciting
The hotel was great staff was excellent, location great and a nice roof top swimming pool.
A hidden gem, near Carolina Place Mall and I-485. Great large rooms with full kitchens. I would definitely go there again.
Great location, very clean and homie. Would recommend to friends and family.
Bathroom had mold and blood stains in it. Will never stay there again.
This hotel should be rated a 2 star . This would be a nice place to stay if you are traveling with your pet, and would like to enjoy the breakfast bar with aninals and don't mind exchanging your dirty linens at the front desk. The staff was was friendly.
Very friendly staff. The location was perfect for us. We there there 3 days/2nights and visited downtown Charlotte, Carowinds, and Ikea. All were closer than we expected to our location. It was just me and my husband. We were able to cook breakfast in our room (grocery store very close) which was very convenient. I really liked the separate sleeping area. It allowed my husband to sit up later and watch TV while I went to bed. We would choose another extended stay if available in other areas we visit.
This hotel was very nice for the price. The hotel staff was friendly. I would stay at this hotel again........
Considering the room slept 6, I cant complain about the price. But they dont come and clean the room at all and if you would like any clean linens at all, you have to go down and get them from the front desk. The towels were really rough and actually made my two year old cry to be dried off with them at the pool. The day staff was really nice but the night shift was a force to be reckoned with, when you could find them. We waited around for 3 hours to get some fresh towels the last night of our stay. The front clerk just sticks a sign up that says be back in 5 mins. They did have a sign up saying that if you had an emergency to dial an extension on the lobby phone, but we didn't consider towels an emergency.
