price was good
1st room was in basement and smokey smelling, no elevator
Desk clerk was welcoming and professional. Room was good size.
Parking area was not very well lit and did not feel secure while making an extra trip to the car at 10pm
Learned about Uber from night desk manager. The Hotel Employee also tried to fix TV remote by changing the batteries but it was the wrong brand of remote to the TV. She said she would call maintenance to fix it but they never came
1st room assigned deadbolt to adjoining room didnt lock. Was told no other rooms -maintenance would fix. they never came, Got in another room which was secure but smelled like greasy week old curry. Wifi did not work, TV remote did not work. No elevator
location, pool was nice.
I booked an additional night well over 2 months ago and still they were not prepared and one of the guests had to switch rooms. Not just one room to another but from 3rd floor to 1st floor and there is no elevator.
Spacious rooms will full sized kitchen, living room area and queen sized bed. It was nicely appointed.
The room had a bad order. It bombarded me as soon as I entered the room. I have stayed here several times without any issues. However, due to this bodacious aroma, I am forced to leave a negative review.
Hotel Employee was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. She really made sure that my stay was comfortable and less stressful as possible. It was wonderful chatting with you during the check-in process. You are excellent in what you do!
1. Even though the room was non-smoking, it had that cigarette smell. All my clothes were smelling like cigarette when I checked out.2. A dog barked from 4:30 am to 3:30 pm, the time I left my room. No staff took the time to find out what's wrong!
Close to our conference location.
The pull out bed was atrocious! When we went to ask if we could get an extra blanket for more padding, we were told they didn't have any. No extra blankets?!?! There was only one helpful staff member and the rest were rude and u accommodating. Never again
Good location for my meetings and airport
Somewhat difficult to find. Musty smell in my below-ground level room. Breakfast was meager.
Quiet, clean, very curteous staff, quick check in and check out.
No cold drinks on the grab and go breakfast.
Very big room and the full kitchen
Full Kitchen was nice, and the room was plenty spacious.
No utensils or plates in the room. Understandable. However, the breakfast offered was just barely better than nothing, consisting of only granola bars, apples/oranges, and coffee. There was supposed to be oatmeal, but it was out.
bathtub was not very clean
Quick access to everything in Charlotte as the highway is just down the street. Quiet. Family friendly. Plenty of coffee and smiling staff - could not ask for anything better.
Pretty dated hotel. Including fixtures and kitchen. But perfect for 4 hours rest In between flights
Size of room
My name is Stephen linkous I stay w extended stays a lot and want to say the property manager is best I've seen
Spacious rooms, unfortunately, there was ample space for me to work remotely in the evenings. I hoped to relax.
The continental breakfast was lacking; I should have put the kitchen in the room to use.
The room was spacious.
The front desk person was training a new person, which resulted in me having to answer questions(where are you from, what brings you to Charlotte, etc), read from the computer screen. Plus, that resulted in me being nickeled and dimed into paying more.
Not many options for breakfast. There were no cups in the room.
hotel dated...no elevator to upper level rooms...only breakfast was 'grab and go'
Phone did not work, no ice machine, limited TV channels
Good location and clean.
Parking was tight.
U have a excellent manager . He makes ur guest feel at home. Excellent customer relation skills. The staff was good other than the
y es I did not like the way I was treated by a staff member she made me and my family feel uncomfortable from the day we checked in until we checked out she was rude and unprofessional.other than that a great experience
The room was dirty. There was no coffee in the room. Downstairs there was no hot water for tea during breakfast.
No co-cooperation at all. I was given key and was asked to find my room at my own.
I was tired and needed a room.
The exterior of the hotel was dark. I was told the best way to get to my room was through the door at the end of the building. There was absolutely no light at the end of the building.
The Hotel was not Clean, Main hallway connected to the Lobby wreaked of marijuana. My room door was unsecured and was able to be accessed without a key, unsafe.
They gave me the keys to a room. When I opened the door people are already in there. It was scary. They changed the room, and it was also occupied. Either the hotel staff dont know whether a room is occupied or they r doing some shady business.
1. No elevators2. Stairways dirty, hallways and room had unpleasant odor.
Bug in room, key lock messed up had to change keys every day, and bed was extremely uncomfortable.
Remodeled rooms, nice location
Room was not cleaned well...a hair on sheets and leaves and paper not swept from rug.
The hotel was in a quiet area with several restaurants within driving distance. And the room was large and roomy with sofa, table, bed and kitchen.
No extras for sure, not even a pen and pad. The continental breakfast only consisted of wrapped muffins and protein bars. For the size of the room, a larger screen TV would have been nicer (only 32' flat screen).
Smokey in the room. Dungeon like atmosphere. Smells in the hallways.
Staff was overall OK
Air Conditioning was very loud, grab and go breakfast was not good, front entrance had bad curb appeal
Location and price
Room was clean but had a musky smell.
Room was very good, spacious, kitchen, sofa bed
Staff is rude, knocked door every morning to inquire when I am checking out even though I was supposed to be there for 3 nights. Even for an extra 30 minutes of late checkout request I was warned that it would be charged an extra standard nightly rate.
windows that have screens and open. I enjoy sleeping with fresh air, so this was a huge plus for me.
The guest who disregarded the non-smoking policy and chain smoked from 4AM to 6AM.
I liked the location best because it's close to get to the city, but quiet enough for relaxation. I also liked the roominess of the room, kitchen/living space. Definitely doesn't feel cramped and closed in.
I did not like the fact that this hotel has no elevator and also no luggage trolley. For a girl that packs a lot of luggage, that is not a good look. The 'hot breakfast' is really weak, packets of grits/oatmeal and hot water shouldn't really count.
Room was very large and comfortable with full kitchen
Check in was very slow. Not much of a breakfast.
Dirty, no internacional calls, small bed
The kitchen had an oven in which usually you only get a stovetop.
The hotel charge me what priceline charges the hotel. I had (2) charges for ---on my card. I told them I paid through priceline, but they told me they have to charge me for the room now and when priceline pays they will refund my money.
The room was exceptional as was the service of the clerk
The clerk Tim was extremely professional and empathetic but the policy hotel to hold $100 deposit on my card which did not make it back to my card for a couple of days is ludicrous
Rude Customer Service and our Toliet was leaking no room change not to mention they charged us 65 dollars for our puppy which was more than the room. The manager promised to clear those charges and nothing happen.
the flat screen TV in the waiting area
Upon entering the room, it smelled VERY strongly of some sort of perfume or hair product. So much so, that we were unable to stand it for the night and stayed elsewhere.
these rooms are no where as nice as the picture shows, not even close. not very clean at all, no towel service, room cleaning of any kind unless you stay a week or more. broken toilet seat.will never stay again.
The room was clean and the kitchenette was functional and even had dishes. There was no elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs. When we asked for 2 more pillows, they said they were out. It's in a good area right off the freeway near about 4 other hotels & a Costco. Quiet area so you don't have to worry about people hanging out in the parking lot making noise.
