The kitchen had an oven in which usually you only get a stovetop.
The hotel charge me what priceline charges the hotel. I had (2) charges for ---on my card. I told them I paid through priceline, but they told me they have to charge me for the room now and when priceline pays they will refund my money.
The room was exceptional as was the service of the clerk
The clerk Tim was extremely professional and empathetic but the policy hotel to hold $100 deposit on my card which did not make it back to my card for a couple of days is ludicrous
Bed was comfortable and room size was good.
No stairs, bad internet connection, , better laundry and needs better picture quality on tv .My stay was more or less comfortable, except for the fact the Internet was not working. I had to pay to get the connection which also was not a constant one. Room was pretty good, it was clean and had good space area. Staff was nice . Realy hope that extended stay hotels would do something about their grab n g breakfast because it is too limited. If nothing they can at least add milk to the menu to make it somewhat acceptable for the guest to call it a breakfast even. Location is good and quite and that was my savior to actually get a breakfast near by. Stairs and room layout to get to laundry is weirded . Laundry dryers and washers definately need to be updated. They don't work that good.
Rude Customer Service and our Toliet was leaking no room change not to mention they charged us 65 dollars for our puppy which was more than the room. The manager promised to clear those charges and nothing happen.Not clean!
The spacious room with a kitchen was great. The Staff were friendly, helpful and sincere.
The hallways were dated and smelly, really that was the only unpleasant thing about this hotel.We really enjoyed staying here, it was the perfect layover for us while we had a few days in between flights in Charlotte. It would have been great if they had an airport transfer but the taxi wasn't too expensive. The rooms weren't fancy luxury but comfortable, clean and more than you needed. Thanks

No elevators,guy at the front desk had a really bad attitude, had to change rooms because the heat/air wasn't working. you can only enter the building in the front.
It layout of my room was different than any other Extended Stay. It was a suite that reminded me of a studio apartment!
Everything and everyone was phenomenal!One of the best!
There was a $100 charge upon checkin for incidentals which would be refunded upon checkout.
