The staff, Jeff & Kookie are awesome. Jeff goes above and beyond without even trying to. He would make a great Corporate Trainer.
The room: For a SPG product, you'll expect a little more. I know its not a Westin or a W but it needs to step the game up. I would not pick to stay here on my own.The hotel did offer breakfast, room service and a nice bar. Most important has great customer service. However, needs to invest in updating the rooms, the Marriott Courtyard across the street is way better.
The hotel was very well kept, and the rooms were as well!
I thought the lady when I checked in said they had a free continental breakfast but when i went in the morning, you had to pay for it. Maybe I misunderstood her, I just thought that was weird. It was a great experience, and I would definitely stay there again!
Convenient to airport. Walk to numerous restaurants, both fast food and table service. Friendly and helpful staff at front desk.
Internet service is a bit tricky; the supplied directions are insufficient. When the error message or not connected message is displayed, type 'Sheraton four points' in the browser and follow prompts.
WiFi was awefull. I could not get my email to work regularly
The front desk staff was very helpful when calling from the airport and having their shuttle wait for me. When I had to extend my stay a second night they matched the priceline rate I received for the first night. Was a really nice experience.
Would be better with a free breakfast, so I didn't have to leave for a cheaper meal but there are many restaurants within walking distance.Small fitness center was good and having a hotel Bar (even if only with 4 stools) was definitely a plus for a lonely traveler.
As a pet owner we would not go back to this hotel. The 75$ surcharge for a pet is unwarrranted. This is a surprise no one needs at the end of a day on the road. This hotel should not be identified in the priceline system as pet friendly.
No complaints, the room was nice, however, very similar to most 2.5 star rooms we have had in the past
Disappointed that they did not provide a continental breakfast, something always provided at a 2.5 star level. From here on we will bid on the 2.5 star rooms when you take into account the difference in price.
