I did not remember booking this hotel and when I called to tell them what had happened they charged me 166.89 more than what I pay when I book with priceline. I will not be using priceline again. the whole ordeal was a nightmare and I will not use them.
Gave us a smoking room because they had mistakenly given our room to a customer who had a similar last name. Eventually gave us an OK room after Sophia stepped in. However we found a stinkbug on pillow in the morning.See above. Dated everything.
You got me a smoking room I have no smoking on my profile I will not use express deals until you fix that This is the second time this has happened. Food was oldGood location quiet nice staff.

The overall interior was dated. There were obvious stains in the hallway and room carpets. In addition, the desk chairs had obvious stains. The hotel had a cigarette smoke smell. The smoking area was beside the front entrance.There needs to be some investments made to the property. In addition, all rooms should be designated as non-smoking. Designated smoking areas need to be away from the front hotel entrance.
I was given a smoking room but had no indication of that fact when I was booking the room.
It said it was a double room and double beds and it was only 1 room iterated up my plans I want my money back
I requested a non-smoking room and we were placed in a smoking room. I asked the person at the front desk if there was any way we could move and he flat out said no. No explanation whatsoever.
Checking in the front desk person was not very friendly. Our room was very warm and after running the AC on high for hours it was still 80 degress. The customer service was zero. I had to call several times to get the bill taken care of. Will NOT go back!Location is behind not 1 or 2 but 3 fast food restaurants, all Chicken places. The staff is not very friendly or helpful and I think it comes from the management down. If you want to know what the front desk thinks about anything, just sit in the lobby and listen to the private phone calls. The room was hot when we checked in and opening the window wasn't an option since it had no screen on it. We turned the AC on and left for several hours only to return to a room that was equally as hot. The front desk person came up to our room and found out that the AC wasn't working. Incompetent staff, dirty rooms, overpriced even with the Priceline... Especially at Priceline price. The night shift front desk clerk was very confused, seemed to not know much of anything, she wasn't sure if the room she was assigning to us was booked??Stay somewhere else
