Convenient to UVA Hospital and restaurants.
The noise from the room next to me kept me awake most of the night on my second night. It was terrible.
Friendly, helpful staff, all of them. The room was clean, TV was nice with a lot of channels, breakfast plentiful and good. Excellent room for the price, I will stay here when I visit Charlottesville from now on.
The refrigerator didn't have a freezer but everything else was great. The bed, and the bedding were exceptional for the value. Also, booking through Priceline, I didn't know if I would get a choice or the 'leftover' rooms. When I arrived and voiced this concern, the friendly gentleman assured me that I could have a non-smoking King room, and he kindly put me close to the office since I was traveling alone. Great tv reception with many channels, and the wifi was very good, fast and no dropping of signals. It was quiet, close to everything I needed to get to. I visit Charlottesville several times a year, and will stay here from now on, GREAT value for the price.
Absolutely, nothing. Had our worst experience with a Priceline hotel.
We left a night early because the stay was so intolerable. We ate the cost of one night because the place was so dirty, no power from outlets, carpet was filthy and the service was horrible. I don't think this hotel wants Priceline customer business. The clerk on duty at the front desk kept saying when we requested a change in our room because it was looked so awful on first sight that we were Priceline customers and he couldn't do anything to adjust our accommodations. Overall, wish we never had booked our hotel through Priceline for this stay.
The room smelled of smoke. Left you smelling like smoke too.I wouldn't stay here again. It's better to put up the extra $40-60 to stay at a better, cleaner hotel.
The manager tried to help by cleaning the room and bringing in 2 roll away beds for the kids
I didn't have enough space for our family and it was a smoking room
Absolutely nothing. I travel for work and stay in hotels constantly and this is by far the worst hotel I've ever had the misfortune to experience.
I got bed bugs from this hotel and the manager did nothing to resolve the issue. The rooms were disgusting and the customer service was very poor.Awful.
convenient location close to highways
needs better breakfast, faster internetgreat hotel! Good bang for your buck!
The dried vomit on the wall was a turn off. The extreme smoke smell was hard to sleep in even for a smoker, gross stains on the sheets made my overall experience aweful.Well located, horrible cleanliness (vomit on the wall and disgusting stains on sheets...I slept fully clothed) and poor staff organization (cleaning personnel kept entering the room while I was inside and it had already been cleaned). Also third floor turned into a late night party of locals, it was extremely loud until 5:30am
toilet had to be repaired....literally had to kick door to open...exposed wires in bathroom light fixture.....elevator not functioningwould not recommend
