It was sold to me as a Red Roof Inn but turned out to be a Super 8. I never stay at Super 8's and this just reinforced my practice. Smelly, dirty, run-down, and smelly. Many chains have low rates and great facilities. Super 8 just has low prices. This motel was just a bad operation.
EVERYTHING smelled like smoke. The walls were paper thin and other guests were making noise in the hallways into the early hours of the morning. The beds were uncomfortable and everything was generally run down.I would not recommend this hotel. We were looking for an inexpensive nights stay, but saving the extra money was NOT worth it.
When we first went into the room that was suppose to be none smoking all you could smell was smoke. The beds sagged in the middle and everything looked like it was from the 60'swould never stay there again. I itched all night because all I could think about were bugs, the hotel just felt nasty.
Cheap and proximity to everything.
Old everything.. The pillows were lumpy!!!!!! Walls are paper thin!!!I would not go out of my way to stay there again! But it was convenient and cheap!
The price was very competitive in an area where other hotels were charging at least twice as much
the hotel is in need of an update - there were cigarette burn marks on the furniture - stains in towelswhile super 8 is more known for their great prices, they are usually clean and well kept. this hotel was below average for a discount chain and in need of updates and maintenance.
Availability for our group during a football weekend.
Disgusting, unsanitary, dirty hotel that smells of dog urine and cigarette smoke. Stingy giving out extra towels.I am NOT a hotel snob. I have been to many different hotels/motels/hostels in this and different countries. This by far is the worst! I had 3 rooms out of our groups approximately 10 rooms. One of the rooms smelled like dog urine by the door area. I asked the asst. mgr to come and smell the room as she didn't believe me nor many guests (our friends) that smelled our room. The asst. mgr said she said it didn't smell anything. (Of course not or she would have to had to do something about it!!) The drain plug also happened not to work. It would not drain unless you held the tiny handle down. Again the asst. mgr said it wasn't broken. I asked for someone to look at it and the a.m. sent the front desk clerk to look at it who couldn't fix it. (f.d clerk said she only smelt Lysol t...
it was close to where i was working for the week
When I signed up, it indicated that the room contained a refrigerator and microwave. Neither were present in the room.Average
