When I thought about the US exchange rate with you, I called Enterprise and, as they did not charge in US funds, I got the cheaper rate and cancelled the booking I had through you.. Made a reservation 2 days prior to reservation date Paid for it in full Arrived to find hertz closed and car wasn’t even available they rented it out to someone else and put me on waiting list stating it’s first come first serve Really????

I rented a small car but has to take an SUV which I did not want. I was doing a lot of travel for business and the cost of gas was higher due to this.

We were almost stranded at Moncton airport on Christmas eve due to misinformation regarding our rental that left us scrambling to figure out a solution. On top of that, after all was said and done the rental ended up costing over $300 for how long we had it (52hrs total). A huge headache all around

I never got the car because they overbooked it and dint have a car for me. So I had to pay a taxi to get to my hotel. The next morning I called back and the lady swear to me that they have a car for me and to come to the airport to pick it up. So I paid a taxi a second time to find out that again they did not have a car for me. Even though the lady on the phone promised me they would have one. I ended up paying over 100$ of taxis for no reasons and the people at the counter or customer service never too accountability for their mistakes. They never offered to pay me back for my taxi fares that I ended up having to pay for Alamo mistakes. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Well for starters the staff was amazing. I didn’t know what car I was getting because I went with a mystery car for a deal . I was last in line and I was giving a better car than I was expecting and it made my travels so much better . I will definitely be sharing how happy I am with my friends and family and even on social media. Thanks so much for making my experience better than I could imagine. Keep up the great work

Car was available right on time. No problems with rental process whatsoever. I would suggest they do a mechanical check before each rental. Checking all fluid levels etc. or show a vehicle check that has been completed before releasing to the next client

Good service. I would have preferred to have a “cheat sheet” for how to use the shifter and locking the doors and such. Also, my husband is visually impaired and has artificial hips and knees, he found it hard to get in and out of the car. So did his sister who has mobility issues. Both have no problem in the rav4

The car was not cleaned for turn around service. Previous renter had spilled coffee plus the car was filthy inside. The standards are definitely slipping!

Cleaning of the car could have been better- there were coffee cups from the previous renters. We had a relatively long wait (20-30 min) at pickup.

We Had booked the car for June 10 8:30 PM arrival through Kayak And received confirmation , we received an email notice from thrifty on morning of June 10 saying that it was canceled . When I saw the e-mail ,I called Thrifty at the air port on June 10 to find out what was going on with the rental and I spoke to Mark and he assured me no problem my reservation was still there and the car was still there and that there would be someone there to meet me when we got off the plane (three is always somebody there late in the evening he said ), No Problems !! We arrived at Moncton on time, gathered our luggage and proceeded to the thrifty kiosk where there was nobody there except a sign that said call this number for immediate assistance . We called that number at least 15 times over the next hour and a half with no response. Speaking with one of the security personnel there we find out that this happens a lot at Thrifty. By this time the Avis line was getting short so we joined in it , They quick to get us in a car and get us on our way . Thank you Avis !! I Would definitely NOT recommend thrifty !! Darrell J
