the employee at the New Haven Tweed Airport (a woman whose name I didn't catch) was the only competent and pleasant person I worked with. she was great.Cons:
From the amherst, ma pickup where garrett asked me to wait for 30 minutes while the delivered the car late, to the long wait and confusion with no staff at the UMASS location, to the online support on sunday who (INCORRECTLY and adamantly) told me my rental was actually due 3 hours before the reservation said it was due, I had a horrible experience. the only good thing was the helpful employee at the tweed new haven desk. also it was incredibly overpriced and i was given a nissan rogue qhen i requested a rav4. i get that it said i could get something similar, but i dont think many people would say those two cars are really comparable on safety, quality, and gas mileage. i will do everything in my power never to rent from you guys again.7.2 Good

The office was closed when i got there. But the person came in from the College ave office ten min later. I don’t understand why the prices for UMASS are cheaper than College, which is 10 min away. What’s the point if that office is rarely open? The only vehicle available was a van, not a car, and it hadn’t been washed.
