Hard to find parking at that location and low air light was on. We stopped to put in air but the sensor must be bad. Shouldnt have to worry about car maintenance when rent a car.3.6 Poor

Drop off was nice. Just drop my keys in the lockbox and go. No need to talk to anyone and no chance to be mistreated.Cons:
When I was picking up my car, a gold club member walked in, bare footed. But he was treated like a king and I was suddenly a peon. I was handed off to someone else to finish my transaction. And while we were outside inspecting the car, the first assistant deleted my transaction out of the computer so he could continue with the bare footed king. My assistant had to start all over.
