Staff was friendly & helpful. Agent didn't have the exact car I reserved but gave a modest upgrade for same price. His manager tried to step in & upgrade me on some "don't you want to be a baller in that Infiniti" nonsense, but the agent more or less ignored him and did not pressure me at all.Cons:
Get the manager to not be so obvious about trying to persuade people to upgrade, especially when you haven't interacted with a customer to read his energy. Otherwise, excellent experience.4.0 Mediocre

Did not like that I was told location was the Islip airport, to later find the location was 10 minutes from the airport and there was NO shuttle from the airport. Had to cancel the reservation and get a more "pricey" one from Budget location at the airport.8.8 Very good
