Pickup was wonderfully easy; upgraded from intermediate to a large SUV. Drop off through Dropbox at airport very simple.Cons:

The drop off process was bad. The Hertz location was suppose to open at 7:30am but nobody was there. There was no drop box to leave keys. I was late for work waiting for someone to show up - they arrived to open the location at 8:15am.Cons:
Customers shouldn't be waiting to drop off a vehicle. All locations need a way to drop off keys. It was unacceptable that I was forced to put my day on hold and be late for work because nobody was at the location to receive keys.2.0 Poor
