when i called the office i was directed to, i was told i was too far away to pick up! when i returned the vehicle, i was offered a ride! when i confirmed my reservation for a vehicle,i was unable to pick it up before the office closed, and when i called, i was told my reservation would be held for the following day. when i contacted the office the next day, my reservation had been dumped! i contacted another enterprise office, having asked for their phone number because, apparently, they could not make the call, and was given the wrong number! not long after explaining my situation to the 'other' office i received a call from the office i made the reservation with saying that they would have a car for me. when i got to the office, the car they offered to me over the phone was given to someone else! thats not the way to run a business, to my way of thinking!Hertz

Pros:
Was a little put off by some negative reviews, but everything was totally smooth. Car was ready and waiting, Pickup went quickly. Note this is a rental counter at a Towing Company so lots of other stuff going on, but counter was staffed and there was no wait. I returned the car a little earlier than planned. No problems and no hassles.2.0 Poor
