Our trip was canceled because of travel restrictions and the Covid 19 virus. we gave Hertz over a 48 hour notice but they still charged us $100. Customer service soo bad, it Hertz.10.0 Wonderful

It was cheaper then renting at the airport. Maybe I missed something but when I got to the counter at the airport. I was at the wrong place. A cab ride and $15 with tip put me at the right Enterprise.Cons:

Guy conned me told me 228.03 was a deposit that would be refunded in 1to 3 days. I'm told now it was extra insurance what bullshit. I paid priceline I would not have spent another dime on that rental CON refund my money NOW!!3.6 Poor

Pros:
When I arrived at Enterprise, I was informed that I needed to provide proof of income, a utility bill both of which I don't carry on my purse! I worked it out by showing my online accounts. It's annoying that there was nothing on enterprises website saying if you pay by debit card you would need proof of income. Problem number two I received a Toyota rave 4 instead of the car I had reserved. Great an upgrade right? Wrong I was going on a 1500 mile trip there and back and didn't budget for over $400 worth of gas!!!! Luckily I had the extra cash to cover the trip. When I was 600 miles from my destination a warning light comes on that the vehicle needs maintenance ..... great I had two options take it to enterprise or drive. I called enterprise and they said I should be fine to finish my trip and drive back so that was one plus.Cons:
Spending twice as much on gas!! I could have driven my own vehicle!Avis

I thought the car was uncomfortable. The head-rest at the top of the seat, would love to not have that. At my height, I took a pillow and put it behind my shoulders to keep my head from that. Other than that, great car, good gas mileage. Also would appreciate having more Avis discounts, I go at least 2 days every three months, and twice a year, I rent for a whole week. It would be nice if you could look back at my previous record and see how many years I have used Avis. Being a senior on a fixed income, it would be great to get discounts.
