The kayak or Priceline interface changed the pickup location without my consent, and Enterprise didn’t have a car for us at the airport. I had to rent another car from a different company at more than double the cost. I called Priceline to see if they could offset the extra costs and they refused. I will not book a car through kayak or Priceline again.10.0 Wonderful

The service was excellent with a personal touch. Small company and easy to get in and out.Cons:
I’m not sure how you could be better, but there is always room for improvement. Let me just add. As a small company, the workers have to multitask. When your agent has to clean car and handle your paper, that means a great employee. You might have to wait for your car as they have to prepare the car. Even though the staff was multitasking they all gave great service.8.0 Very good

We rented the car - went to pick it up and he said he didn't have a reservation under my name. Showed him the reservation receipt email - he then said I don't have a car available. Then something came up where he thought he had one - with a cracked windshield. He said he'd give us a discount. Tried to rent that one out but there was a hold on it. He said ok, I can get another car let me have your card. I had my debit card. Said it wouldn't pass the credit check. He said my credit must be bad. !!! My husband tried his - same thing. We don't have credit cards. We have rented numerous times with our debit cards, never with an issue. I have now been charged for the insurance. This car rental was for a very important occasion. Extremely upset and very confused.8.8 Very good
