Booked for for compact-ish car and received a Dodge Challenger large sedan. I had to do all of the driving as my wife was uncomfortable driving the Challenger. I was told that this was the only vehicle available. As rental was two weeks, via phone, we offered to come back to agency when something more appropriate to our needs came in. Never heard a word. I can't believe NOTHING came in during that two week period that would have filled the bill. Basically got blown-off by agent Christy. Understood that they were short on cars, but helpful attitude was not there.10.0 Wonderful

They didn't have a cleaned vehicle for us. Found a box of uneaten chicken wings under the passenger's seat, several hours into our trip. Not happy about that or that they were not prepared for us to pick up a vehicle that day, even though we had made reservations several days in advance.10.0 Wonderful

The car was comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed have the Sirius XM radio. It helped to have the entertainment on our 14 hour drive to and from Kansas City! Absolutely no problems. Customer service was great at pick up and drop off.Cons:
