Great customer service! Wish the location that wasn't at the airport was a little closer to the airport with how hard it was to get a ride to get my car before the office closed. Very friendly customer service though! Pricing was super reasonable!

Upsold from second walked in door. Never received any paperwork. Hurt my right leg and was unable to use car. They charged me $200 for drop off. Terrible company

Check in and check out was super easy. Very friendly, and answered any questions we had. Car we rented accommodated everyone. I highly recommend Enterprise, Wilmington

Cons:

The car wasn’t ready at noon. It had a cracked windshield, so they gave me a different car. The car was ready 4.25 hours later. They drove me to an appointment, but were late picking me up. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

When I got there they did not have a car for me, even though I had a reservation. They couldn't care less. Will never use them again.

Hertz was great. The person helping me got a car in spite of the fact that Kayak made a reservation and took my money when there were no cars available in the entire city. While the Hertz rep was trying to find me a car he kept having to answer the phone and tell people he was sorry Kayak erroneously told them there was a car available. Somehow the Hertz man scared up a car for me, but he turned away at least five people who like me thought they already had a reservation through Kayak. Hertz was great, but I will never use Kayak again.

Pros:

Realized I made a mistake on the dates I needed and was unable to change or cancel the reservation. I was finally able to cancel a week later, but of course the time limit had expired and I wound up paying 67% of the rental for absolutely nothing. I attempted emailing Kayak to alter the dates, just got a robo response that you were on it. I then tried to just cancel it with the same response only. I never heard another word from you. Hertz said there was nothing they could do and of course I got no help from Priceline so thanks for nothing, I don't see any value in using Kayak when I can get the same deals or better other places. Not to mention I can alter or cancel my reservation when I book directly.

Cons:

Everything. My experience was awful.

All went well car was very comfortable.
