Staff were friendly and professional. Car was clean and in good condition. The price was pretty good for this area and the convenience. The parking garage is a pain to get in and out of.

Brooke Morris and Nadir Jackson are extremely professional and helpful. We will return to this Enterprise location because of them. Thank you for employing such a competent and pleasant staff at the 11201 Veirs Mill Road, Wheaton MD location.

Car rear right tire was very low on tire pressure -- I was alerted to it halfway through the drive

Counter attendants were nice and pickup and drop off were quick and efficient.

Cons:

The car was not as clean as expected. There was splashed coffee on the roof of the car and the driver side visor when pulled down.

The address doesn’t show up accurately. There is no way to call the actual location. When I told the staff about the address issue they could care less. The car was mediocre and the windshield wipers were not good.

I reserved a cargo van because I needed a van to move cargo. They don’t actually have any cargo vans. Why take a reservation for something you don’t have?

I am still not sure why when I rented the car for less than 24 hours I was charged twice for insurance. Also, I do not understand the 338.00 fee that popped up after I picked up my car from Hertz when I was expecting to see 137.00.

The pick up and drop-off was very smooth. The car was clean, etc. However the car an Infinity QX60 (SUV) (Lic. Plate # 11B LEL - Florida) needed servicing desperately - brake work, alignment, and shocks/suspension needed to be fixed. When one takes a care from a rental agency, especially a reputed one like Hertz he/she expects the care to be in good working order. We had driven to Philadelphia from MD w/ family and it is a scary experience when the car is not in good shape. I urge Hertz to ensure that their cars are maintained and serviced on time and a full check is done when cars are returned - not just a physical check but a driving run is done to determine that all is in good working condition - especially as it concerns safety!

They didn't properly checked me in and checked me out then they told me i had the car for another 11 days after I returned it. They are very difficult to resolve the issue. Plus there is a big communication gap between the corporate and local office. I will never rent from Hertz!

Manager and her crew did their best to help multiple people not having a car waiting for them despite having a reservation ...

Cons:

No car waiting us and, when it finally showed up, it reeked of pot. Since there was no other car, we had to take it. We ended up calling them and replacing the car with no problem, but still a total hassle ...
