Cons:
Reserved a full size a week ahead reconfirmed full size by phone twice that day. Was given a compact instead. When I questioned what to do next time I reserve was told that they couldn’t control what was delivered2.0 Poor

Cons:
They called me at 4;15 to confirm the reservation. Then 30 minutes later called to tell me they didn’t have any vans of any kind in stock to rent to me. They waited until almost 5 pm to notify me of the problem (which boiled down to they had to keep them for FEMA) and I almost didn’t have a van. Luckily I was able to call around and locate a van at Enterprise next door with no problem And it ended up being almost $100 cheaper overall.Avis
