Not at the airport as mentioned also was closed after waiting 2 hours for a shuttle pick up. We were stranded in the middle of no where. Will never use kayak priceline to book. I should have been informed, no help was provided

We never were able to pick up the vehicle because the place was closed after our flight arrived. We had to rent from another place. Total thumbs down!

We notified them as soon as we knew our flight from Japan was delayed to arrive SFO by more than 6 hours. We did not receive a call back...When we arrived and used the courtesy phone that is supposed to be a direct line to the rental company it was "No longer in service". We had to rent a vehicle from another vendor. They never called us. And we contest the advance payment we made for nothing.

Staff was friendly, However: - I was charges and additional $135.00 in compulsory insurances which was more than the actual hire price. I could’ve rented much cheaper at the airport rental with any major company had I known this. - at after hour drop-off the offices were closed so i had to abandon the car and hide the keys nearby. I tried several phone numbers but nobody answered. Fortunately, the car was still there next morning and I was refunded the deposit $200 without any problems. Definitely would recommend going elswhere for a hire.

I specifically wanted a car for pickup and drop at the airport. I had tight connections and did not feel that this was a workable situation. It was sold without refund or recourse. I will NEVER use Kayak again.

Ghetto employees. The customer service team were very rude. The front desk people were also rude. Overall the entire experience was unpleasant. The actual vehicle was the cheapest options available and for the money was not worth it. I should have went to enterprise.

The car service closed at 4 pm and there was no warning when we arrived at the airport at night. We had to book a second rental car for the whole trip And it was made clear we would pay for the first regardless. It was very frustrating.

Very fast check-in and check-out. The rental car advertised was an Altima, but the car rented was a Malibu which is not as nice.
