Chevy Cruze RS LTZ was zippy on the highway, had amazingly good gas mileage, was comfortable, roomy. Staff at Enterprise was friendly and helpful despite being super busy/hectic at the location. The drivers who took me to/from home were friendly, good drivers, reliable. Great experience, will use them again!Cons:
The inside windows were dirty and hard to see out so I had to use a wand from gas station to clean inside. the car acceleration was sluggish off a yield but zippy once got moving.10.0 Wonderful

Day of return only one staff member on duty and she was busy cleaning a returned car. Once she waited on me she was extremely helpful and professional. I did not get her name but, I would like to compliment her for help.Hertz

Pickup and dropoff were great. We got a free upgrade on car type because they didn't have the smaller car we wanted, which was awesome. The people working there absolutely went above and beyond our expectations and we are so thankful for the quality service!Cons:
Fair warning--there is a $200 deposit that Kayak doesn't tell you about, so be prepared for that. Also, if you pay by debit card, they have to run a soft-credit check before you can be approved. Trust me when I say this, if I can get approved, anyone can :-)4.0 Mediocre
