Kiosk at the airport was unmanned and had to use Alamo for picking up the Enterprise reserved vehicle. The line was long and moved slowly and took about 30 minutes. Very disappointed with that portion of the process, otherwise was a fine experience.10.0 Wonderful

Car was not 'really' clean -- esp. around the inner door frames where you touch getting in and out. I cleaned the inside windshield. I picked up the car with just about an empty tank but left it with 3/4 tank. The lady in St. Pete didn't know if I could be reimbursed for the difference.10.0 Wonderful

Quick processing, replaced the booked car as it did not have luggage compartment cover in hatchback. Also rental was extremely cheap, which is a seasonal thing(i guess), still adds to overall positive impression. Last day of the 9 day rental received a courtesy call, also very pleasant touchDollar

Cons:
Car rental was not at airport, was offsite at an old hotel which was very strange. Shuttle was broken down upon arrival and not running for our departure. We had to take an Uber to the airport which was very inconvenient because we were traveling with a car seat and a small child. This location should not be included as an airport location.10.0 Wonderful

Long wait for the van at the airport, cultural preference playing music for preferred culture loudly in the van, no one at the desk to return the car, one was driving one was washing cars. The car I ordered was unavailable. The next car was dirty, and the trunk would not open. The last car I was offered was wonderful.5.6 Fair

We were a group of six getting two cars. We waited outside for over a half hour. When your van finally arrived the rest of the people that came out after us rushed to the van and climbed in. Leaving us one seat. We were told that he would be back in 20 minutes or so to pick us up. Another rental was there in fact this was their third trip there while we were waiting for our guy to show up the first time. He offered us the same deal and we went with them maybe you need to have better service for pick up. We had two ladies that were almost 70 standing out in the sun waiting. We will think twice before using you againAutoEurope
