Avianca is the worst most uncomfortable airline I've ever been in, the seats are incredibly small and offer no support, the worst experience I've had traveling ever, do not bother with Avianca
The only thing I like about Avianca is that it is the airline of last choice and they never disappoint my expectations

Cons: "Quise comprar un equipaje 3 dias antes, la app es malisima, trate mil vecss Imposible siempre fallaba Lleve al aerop los comorobantes e igual mw cobraron el Doble, la gerete una maleducada me trato super mal, me pidio comprobantes, le mostre y no hizo nada Horrible atencion!!!!?? Desastre"
Cons: "We were not allowed to check my bag in line 2 hours early. Time listed on e boarding pass was at gate but we were in line 2 hours early and not alerted to get put ahead in lines. Misleading us and 3 others we knew of to not allowed to check bags or go to gate. Had to rebook next available 1 1/2 days later."

Cons: "I purchased a fully refundable ticket. When the flight was canceled I got squat. Eventually got a voucher from Avianca. I paid for a ticket to get money back, not a voucher. Kayak where is my money!"
Cons: "They put mi to buy a reverse ticket from Medellin to Madrid, . I dont see the reason !!!!! I dont use it"
Pros: "my flight going to Peru was disappointing the entertainment unit in front of me did not work I tried to get help from the steFf but they just smile and walk away service was terrible on my way back from Peru the plane broke down in Bogotá Columbia we were trapped inside the plane for three hours with no air-conditioning we disembarked and they offered us to stay in a hotel but the hotel voucher took a very long time to receive we ended up going to the hotel at 3 o’clock in the morning to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning for the return flights very disappointed will not fly Avianca again"
