Find cheap flights from Houston George Bush Airport to Charlotte from $35

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back. I was in 2A, and the man in 1A fully reclined almost the entire flight. It took 6-7 inches of space away from me and made it very difficult to work on my laptop.

I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

Great experience overall. Check in at Austin was congested as they only have about 6 check in kiosks, one was broken, and there was a lot of Spring Break travelers.

Mario was great. Made a night flight on a small aircraft pleasant and memorable.

I love the free wifi and headrest screens. I would consider Delta even more because of this but the seats aren't so great. The snacks aren't very good in my opinion. I bought a Bloody Mary and that was great! So just be comfortable with better snacks and the airline world will be yours.

Lisa the flight attendent was absolutely wonderful - I loved her energy and you could tell that this crew was amazing family - thank you for making our flight home to LA so very fun! Love and Sun Chips!

Trip was smooth bumpy from the wind but no issues at all the crew attendant was very pleasant and had great customer service

Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun

Generally good but we were delayed almost two hours from the original time of purchase. The pilot claimed an internal issue then an external equipment issue that needed to be adddressed. He made up a lot of the time.

Flight was delayed until Next day as crew timed out

I was able to get on standby with relative ease

Everything went well. Got a snack and a beverage.. Able to watch live tv and movies in flight

Flight from Tampa to Houston was canceled. SPIRIT rebooked me and they double booked my seat. Conclusion I COULD NOT TRAVEL TO HOUSTON. I MISSED MY GRANDDAUGHTER BIRTHDAY. I would not recommend this company. I will file a complaint. I will never consider SPIRIT as an airline . It’s a faker.

Spirit cancels my flight and I have been stuck here at the airline since March 3rd 2pm and still here everything is close they didn’t accommodate me with a room or nothing they rebooked my flight for 7:25pm to New Orleans then from New Orleans to Fort Lauderdale I Wang Arrive Homw Until The 5th of March I am missing work I hav e kids to get home to and I am currently stuck with no food nowhere to stay no renter cause everything close I spent all my money and I’m very disappointed trying to get home I’m very very mad frustrated and very disappointed

It would have been no e to have the option of a mid day flight and not super early or super late in the day.

The seats were larger & more roomy than the old planes. the crew was excellent. . overall a very good flight.

Spirit need to stop nickel and dime for every thing. Next time I am flying Southwest Airlines. This was my first time with Spirit.

Great for a short flight. Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for in comfort.

Flight cancelled and was told by a rude gate agent that they don’t accommodate on other airlines. Had to wait 5 hours for a connecting flight that had a 7 hour layover. Would not allow bags to be checked early so we couldn’t go through security .Had to rent a car for the afternoon to store bags and get a meal. Also incurred a hotel fee. No apology or reason given for the cancellation- just rudeness.

They cancelled the flight then did nothing to help us rebook. It was awful - I won’t fly with them again

The process of buying the ticket and navigating all the hidden charges that Frontier throws at you was a terrible experience. The actual airport experience and flying was fine.

The truck that was refueling the plane drove away with the hose still connected to the plane and ripped part of the plane off with it

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

Plane was clean but they do not allow bag drop until 1 hour before flight. Just encouraging late fees and other issues. The worst I have experienced. Total hostage situation, pay or you miss your flight.

I had to cancel within 1hour of the reservation an they put you through hell to . no live customer service desk. I'm handy caped and they make it almost impossible to cancel.
