Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

Seats, comfort level ugh. Crew was not attentive, only to coach

All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines

The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

it would good to have at least something to drink...

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.

Premium economy class is pathetic. Rubbed shoulders with passenger next to me all flight. Only about 20 passengers in that class but they ran out of one food option shortly after started serving the main meal. Flight attendant was curt and acted annoyed when asked any questions.

My flight with I berira was okay byt the lost my bags I still dont have them also the transit flight was so no comfortable so I dont think will go with them throught and transit flight again

Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.

That was no easy way to get on board in the plane was very hot and I couldn’t talk to the crewmember there super rude and they couldn’t fix the AC. They felt very uncomfortable for 3 1/2 hours flight. I would not use airline next time. Thank you.

Crew was great, captain included. Food was scarce, bread was not fresh. seats were very tight, backing seat to sleep disturbs customers. No leg room. earphones uncomfortable. Your extra charges for bags is very problematic for the industry as a whole, leave that for Ryan air. The short flight valencia munich seemed a downgrade for lufthansa, I mean seriously! charging for drinks - real cheap. So overall the price was too high for quality of adveture.

Changing the flight with app and customer service was very difficult and poor .although I h ad a ticket and seat number still had to pay more money as ticket not transfered. Couldn’t buy another ticket for my daughter on my booking too. Customer services’s appealing. My daughter was ill and noine cared.

They call it a “Dreamliner” but in reality it’s a bit of a nightmare. In short: seating is waaay too cramped in all aspects, food was terrible with bread and butter being the only saving grace, complimentary drinks are too small, and lavatories are too small and absolutely disgusting! Forcing people who travel “economy class” to endure such conditions should be considered criminal! And, I know this is not uniquely a Lufthansa issue; it’s an industry issue and it should be addressed in the interest of humanity.

It was United. I used the United app ahead of time, and no problems other than Frankfurt Flughafen being what it is.

The Lufthansa flight is OK. All the crew is very nice but unfortunately, one man in the crew is very rude. I can’t remember his name, unfortunately during the flight I passed -out and All was very caring without anyone he pushed me to wake up and go he told me he was tied. Thank you. Everyone who carrying me during my Lufthansa flight from LA to Paris.

Turns out you cannot use the Lufthansa app to check I for flights bought from a 3rd party. Had to locate someone to ticket me in Frankfurt. I was not the only one. What a hassle.

The full flight boarded early, and then we sat on the tarmac for a long time waiting to get our plane de-iced. The crew was professional and pleasant, and the flight was pleasant overall, albeit slightly delayed. I did not use any of the entertainment options.

Not much leg room. The person in front of me had her seat reclined throughout the flight— made it very difficult to get up. Staff was excellent and worked very hard.
