Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

It was wonderful upgrading to first. Plane was so cold thou. Crew was great. Wish there was a food option in first for such a long flight. Doesnt matter the time of day. Chintzy.

Delay. Flight was delayed in Washington.knew that connection was impossible as not enough time to switch terminals. The steward would not let me stay the night. So forced to Dallas.late night, after 10pm.hotel checkin was one hour. Passengers lined up only one girl to checkin at comfort inn. No food availability at that time. Had to leave early at 6:30 am to catch a flight at 8:45. Stressfull.

Horrible costumer service i was treated very bad the crew were rude 😟 didn’t get my wheelchair that I requested I was the last one the get in because no seat was assigned and after my 2 stroke I cannot be on my feet for too long but they didn’t care didn’t take my medicine on time because all the complications and delays when my bag was sent already I hope yall can train your crew better.

The flight landed at LAX we were then bussed to collect our bags. That process took nearly as long as the flight. Luckily we weren't in a hurry!

Flight was 2 1/2 hours late and information at the gate was inaccurate and inconsistent with online data.

Crowed but safe flight and arrived at my destination on time

Standby for us - as travelers with mobility issues - was inefficient and not responsive to our needs. Crew seemed disinterested and disaffected - just going through the necessary motions. Food snack (chicken wrap) was awful to the point of wrenching it up a few hours later.

Japan Airlines was one the best flying experiences I have had.

At 11 pm, we were notified that our 6 am departure would be postponed until 7:28 am. Upon arrival at the terminal, this became 8:30 am. Additional deicing and atc delays, while beyond the control of the crew, had us running like maniacs through the DFW terminal where we made our international connection with literally minutes to spare. The utter incompetence and carelessness of Mesa Airlines almost ruined the beginning of our trip we had planned and booked many months in advance. We will absolutely avoid using them in the future at all cost.

Our 9:00 pm flight was cancelled on our way too the airport!!! No reason was given too us!!! So stressful!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! Thank goodness we arrived 6 hours ahead of time. We were able too get on an earlier flight. Than everything was great!!

Crew was very professional and friendly. An A for customer service. Had to wait over forty minutes at the carousel each leg for my luggage. After landing in Atlanta it seems they lost our luggage so we had to wait, very tired and hungry. Mothers were on the flight with months old babies sitting in the airport floor waiting. A very bad experience for my first use of the airline. Had it not being for the horrible carousel incident, it would have been pleasant. Comfort was okay, got what I paid for. You have to pay for everything. Looking forward to the cost to use the restroom next.

Cancelled my flight last minute and had to end up driving to Texas from Atlanta last minute. I’m going to miss another day of work, drive back to Atlanta , in my own car and spirit doesn’t want to refund the money. First time I tried flying anyone else but delta and I get ripped off . And I had. To pay for seats for a flight that didn’t happen. Usually you could say you get what you pay for but in this case, didn’t get anything and paid for everything never flying spirit again, or even attempting it or thinking about it.

I was denied my flight bc of my 2lb chihuahua, despite having sent in correct documents to board.

Small water and small chips 10 dollars is insane. Pluse almost 200 for a carry on and luggage also crazy. Otherwise was on time that's good

You get what you pay for. I did and was pleased.

I was not told that I could not have a carry-on. Then I was charged $99 to bring my bag on. The same bag that is free to have on other flights. Overhead compartments were not even full. There were not even free drinks on board. This is the chintziest airline ever and I will never fly it again. Cheap in quality and they trick you into added fees that you don't realize until it's too late.

It’s a flying bus, no reclining seats, entertainment, charge ports. As if someone was out on limb to make my flight experience atrocious

Changing flights days after confirming an itenerary and moving a connecting flight to the next day which resulted in the layover extending from 2hrs to 10 hrs was a great inconvienience and burden to passenger

Arrived Ft Lauderdale waited 90 minutes for plane to park so nearly missed my connection and no luggage as it was lost. My worst flight experience in 50 years of flying.

Spirit changed Gates 2 times and departure time once without on time information

I paid for extra leg room. The flimsy plastic seat underneath the floatation seat did not line up with the arm rests. It seemed as if the plastic part was zip tied on but immovable. This caused severe uncomfortable for the duration of the flight.

Pro: The stuff was great. Friendly, patient and caring. Our seat row was clean. The bath room was clean. Our flights were close to on time. Con: The leg room is too small. No blankets or pillows. No entertainment devices at all. I can’t remember to have a food choice. I would fly again with frontier for short distances.

I have come to accept Frontier as an absolute no-frills airline, paying for everything I want. A 4.5-hour flight should provide me with a complimentary beverage—rather, $4.9x for a soda. Or a bottle of water ought to be extended at no cost. 4 beers are on the menu, but only 1 type of beer is available (at $9.95). Also, so many restrictions to using a voucher from Barclay‘s Credit Card. Finally, try to reach a live agent for Frontier- impossible!

Excellent crew. WE all know Frontier its a low cost airline but the travel time was about 30 minutes and the crew was phenomenal. I was with a group of 10 more and we are enjoy our flight. The only issue was in SJU waiting for the luggage.

I liked the speed of boarding and getting to destination and flexibility to change seats when available. The flight attendants were very rude, however.

I like that the flight was not overcrowded, and I felt had space to spread out a little more. The flight was smooth for the most part no major turbulence. The crew was pretty good accommodating and professional.. the fellow passengers were cool as well… all good! Snacks always makes things better, but of course there were no snacks.

It’s Frontier so they’d charge you for the air you breath if they can work out how but it was on time.

Typical low fare flight. Very tight seating, no entertainment, no power outlets, no food. You (don’t) get what you (don’t) pay for. The flight boarded and arrived a few minutes early. Can’t complain.

Worst experience . Flight got cancelled and all they said was next flight is in a week.. never again.

I will like you ( Frontier Airlines) to fly into LAX instead of ONT because I live in LA and the subway takes me to my house in just 15 minutes
