Find cheap flights from San Francisco to San Jose from $138

The flight was diverted and departed from San Jose instead of San Francisco. This could’ve been executed more smoothly because after arriving in San Jose it seemed like nothing was being processed correctly as needed for the gate agents to do their jobs well and the flight to leave on time

Lost luggage and no compensation. Did not receive luggage till 9pm the next day. Again no compensation or apology

Excellent service and prices. I was not award of inflight entertainment.

They gave me a seat with extra leg room. But they didn't offer me anything to drink, just because it was an hour flight

Alaska airlines is the best. Best customer service, crew, and value for money.

My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.

I have taken 4 Alaska flights in the past 3 weeks and every single flight was delayed. They give you a $12 voucher for airport food, sometimes too late, after you’ve already eaten. That might get you a bagel. Reservations, rentals, etc have to be cancelled with no repercussions. Will be avoiding Alaska if possible.

This was a quick flight so more like a shuttle and everything went well. There was no food or beverage.

Excellent flight, hour and half flight so no food was served other than pretzels, which was fine. Excellent , very professional.

I made a mistake with my reservation and customer service refused to help me. They basically said that it was my fault and that I need to pay for another flight if I want to make changes. The flight was delayed. I should have checked before I rushed to the airport, but it would have been nice to get an email. At the airport, the waiting area was too small, so there wasn’t enough space to sit. During the flight, there wasn’t enough air and there was a terrible odor on the plane.
