People were so nice! Economy seats were small and cramped feeling for me. I’m slender and 6 feet tall
The singapore airline now compared before covid, I like the service before covid. SQ was the best of all airlines but now I am going to look for different airline if I am travelling in asia.
Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline
Transfer within the same terminal and lots of facilities at the airport.
The stewardess was very helpful all the way. My seat had an issue with headphones and after the replaced and gave me a new pair and noticed it was the seat I got a new chair to sit and a great ride back home
The overall operation needs to be improved. The in-flight services took forever and sometimes ran out of options.
Very slow check in. Food poor and some of the special meals offered were not available. Luggage then didnt arrive and still waiting for news 48 hours later
Check in was snails pace, only 1 of the luggage screen was working so long lines, an hour to check in Nobody seemed to want to fix the issue Flight was 45 minutes late Scoot is a mini sized plane ( sardine class plane), literally felt slammed between people
We were able to check in 48 hours before departure. The boarding was a breeze. The business' seat is very large with large tv screen. The lunch and dinner were excellent with selection of wines and other drinks. The seat was converted to a totally flat bed for sleeping which was very comfortable as well. We will definitely fly with Singapore Airline again in the future.
Food quality can be improved for the price of the ticket.
On air services are excellent. The Garuda Lounge at Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport need to have special management attention in cleanliness and the service quality.
I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. It doesn't seem like your company communicates well internally. Also from my end, I hope you have some clout to resolve things. That has to be part of the package you offer. Thank You, William Ashley
At CGK, need to walk from one gate all the way to the other gate to board the plane. Which makes me wonder, why can’t we just gather at the correct gate in the first place?
