Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.

An excellent airline; polite and courteous cabin crew, excellent meal and drink service. Highly recommended.

No space in between the seats as per them the average height of human is 5’3” and weight as 55, so seats are designed as per the same. Also, the aircraft was dirty and full of insects

when we arrived at Taipei no one help us to get boarding pass. we saw a few people there asked them for help but they just ignored us. There was a guy told us to call Starlux number to get help but we don’t know how to dial the number until there was a lady working there helped us to call Starlux customer then someone came down took us to another counter for boarding pass. Very confused and inconvenient. We might not choose Starlux again in the future.

There was no entertainment and food option limited But the service was first class on an economy flight

Vietnam airlines is just one step upper to the cheapest one (vietjet, if you wanted delays and cancel or feel like a criminal then vietjet is for you) for sure better customer cares and on time.

Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi

Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.

ok flight, but charged for everything. water, food, baggage. no free water available, I had to plead to give me water to take medicine.

Need to consider about zero entertainment services and lack of flight information!

I can't board the 2nd flight due to the last 1st flight. In the 1st flight check-in, I can't board due to the stupid problem of K-ETA visa. The booking system and the flight company should inform the customer a few days earlier. This is the worse experience in my life. I won't use KAYAK and the airline anymore. My friends were also surprised about this stupid situation. I won't use KAYAK and T'way anymore.
