I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again.
