pick up staff was quick. not necessarily friendly, but quick.Cons:
the car was disgusting inside. it was clearly not cleaned (but the "this car has been cleaned" paper was placed inside) and it smelled. It still had someone's dirty mask in the backseat, dust/soot everywhere and dried snot on the dash/door.9.2 Wonderful

I rented a car for one day and unlimited mileage and I was charged for two days even after returning the vehicle within the allowed timeframe (just as instructed by the staff) I called the manager for details and I was still charged for the second day.
