Staff was friendy and helpful. Car was clean. Location of agency inconvenient. NOT AT AIRPORT as advertised.Cons:
Thrifty was not located where advertised. Advertised that it was at the airport, NOT TRUE. Agency is located about 1 mile away from airport. I had to get a ride to pick up carand was dropped off at airport where agency was supposed to be and isn't. Had to wait till manager could come and pick me up. Very inconvenient.2.0 Poor

Rental was for a commercial van and it was a bait and switch situation - instead of the van the only available vehicle was a Penske box truck. Vehicle had more than 100,000 miles, reeked of smoke and felt dangerous to drive.4.0 Mediocre

I had made my reservation using a debit card, but when I arrived to pick up my car, they said that there policy didn't allow me to rent a car with that card. Luckily, other places were still open so I could go get a car from Hertz - which was a great experience.AutoEurope

I liked the Mazda! Very easy pick up and drop off.Cons:
While the attendant at our specific pick up point gave detailed directions, the cars were in a very difficult spot to find and it took my way too long. They were not parked in a marked area and it was a busy port and confusing.Dollar
