Didn't like anything there was no one in the pick up office even though they called them and told them there are customers waiting I waited for 25 minutes no one showed up so I canceled my reservation and left without a car

Excellent customer service. Friendly, courteous and waited on me promptly. I had an issue on the road with my rental. I experienced a very strange encounter when I reached out to your customer service department for assistance. However, upon returning the rental and a discussion with the manager, my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction. I would recommend Keller Enterprise!!!

We where quoted a price but when we got there they charged a higher price not only that but the wait time was over 2 hours and before we even got there we were given 3 different locations to go pick up the car overall it was the worst ever. And multiply that times the other 150 to 200 other people that got the same or worst. JUST PITAFULL !!!!!!!!

When I picked up the car, staff was friendly and showed me car controls.

Cons:

Told me that the gas will be marked at 1/2 tank, but apparently wasn't and was charged after drop off. Since I didn't drop off at enterprise location, I only found out after I got final bill emailed.

I received a car that reeked of cigarettes and was told to come back the next day. Came back the next day and there were no cars available according to them. It was near closing time so they gave us an older vehicle that was picked up from Maine and dropped off here. Worst part was that they didn’t have the time to clean the vehicle and it reeked of BO from the previous driver. Worst car rental experience I ever had and I book travel packages.

The guys at Budget in Ft Worth were excellent in customer service. I rented here because airport prices are outrageous, but I’d rent again from this location because of the service. Thanks, Budget, for a great experience on my 40 day rental!

Staff at the Fort Worth office did not have the car available that I rented but they came through for us.

Cons:

It may have been better to have a place to drop off the rental that was closer to the city.
