What was reserved and pre paid for is not what we recieved. We specifically wanted a Van becuase we had luggage and people, not an SUV. The pick up location was hard to find inside the Honda Dealer. After locating it I stood there for almost 20 minutes without being acknowledged. Then was told to have a seat. When they finally returned he asked for my card and ID. Then proceeded to swipe my card without telling me why. It went downhill from there. I was so frustrated with the poor communication and customer service. I left and called for a refund. The customer service agent I spoke to them was excellent. Resolved my complaint and I left. That was the worst rental experience I have ever had. I bought a new car the next day.10.0 Wonderful

BOTH locations in the town (Murrieta/Temecula, CA) could not accommodate a reserved car. Excuse, WE ran out of cars. Yes, just like the Seinfeld episode. As I sat and watched people return cars I was flabbergasted that the clerk at the counter WOULD not offer to make it right. She said she had an SUV but it would be full price. Every other rental company that I've dealt with over the last 30+ years has always offered to upgrade the vehicle if the one reserved is not available. I even offered to pay double my reserved rate for the SUV and was turned down. Which is good I suppose because I will never spend another dime with AVIS.2.0 Poor
