Showed up at the rental location in Charlotte to take a car to Atlanta, difficult to find because it had a large Avis sign and a tiny Budget sign in the window. When I went in to get the car they said they didn't have any rental cars. Agent asked if I booked on line and I said yes and they said this happens quite often. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule also had to have my wife drive me to Atlanta and then she had to drive back by herself!!!!! 10 hour round trip. I am furious.6.0 Okay
