I ordered car on kayak from Charleston WV Airport. When I got there, they told me I was supposed to be downtown. How would I know the address s for a different location? I'm from NY. My rental went from 150 to $220 because no small cars were available at the airport. I feel I should get $70 refund. Plus, gas was way more expensive for large SUV6.0 Okay

Promises from the car representative. Promised a drop off at the end of the trip which did not happen. Stated that the insurance would be for 2 rental days, but charged for 3. It was unacceptable practice.
