Cons:
Reserved a standard size car. When I arrived (3rd in line with only one person working) there was only a compact left. I was on a schedule so I had no choice but to take it. I was told the total charge would be less due to it being a different size vehicle. I took the (uncleaned) car and got ready for my trip, running a few local errands beforehand. The check engine light then came on in the vehicle. I took it back to the rental agency and was told it was the O2 sensor. I didn't have time to wait for another vehicle to be returned or go to another location for one. I basically was told to take my chances or wait for another vehicle, which again I couldn't do. The sensor was reset & I was informed I could call the 800 number for an exchange vehicle if it came back on while I was on my trip. The sensor came back on 3 days later when I was driving home. I stopped for some gas and the car wouldn't start. It took 4 tries and it finally came on. When I finally got back in the area I stopped to fill the gas tank the rest of the way before returning the vehicle. Unfortunately this meant I had to turn the car off. Again, the car would not start. Took me 6 tries to finally get it running. When I arrived at the rental location the door was locked. A girl came & unlocked it and took the keys. I explained to her what happened with the car and that I was also told that someone would be in the office when I dropped the car back off around 1:00. She told me that they closed at noon. Days later when I checked my bank statement I had been charged for the standard size, which had not been available for me, and also charged for an extra days rental, after I had been told I could return around 1:00 on a Sunday. Luckily I was able to call the 800 number and get all of this resolved (they were very helpful), but overall it was not a good experience. This is the 2nd time I've had issues with this location. I rented a mid size suv for a trip. They gave me a Dodge Journey that was new and really nice however we went to Florida and the air conditioning was awful. Idk if it wasn’t charged or what but it made the trip uncomfortable.Avis

I arrived to pick up my car at 1:00pm on 10-07-17 the front door was open but no one was in office. there was a sign on the counter stating they would be back in 5 minutes and call the number for assitance. we waited 20 minutes and called the number and it rang in the office we were standing. i walked outside and went into a open garage and found a person working and asked where the hertz attendant was, he stated he worked for the car dealer and that hertz leaves at 12pm on saturdays.I went back and called the number again and again it rang in the office we were standing. W e were panic, we were due to leave on our trip early sunday morning. W e called around and found that AVIS could get us a car for our trip. We went to the AVIS office at 2pm ( and they were open) and rented a car for our trip and left on time.6.0 Okay

Got dropped after returning vehicle.Cons:
Chelsea failed to say that I could drop the vehicle off that night and only be charged for one day. she said the van I had ordered didn't get dropped off because the drop box was broken and the van would be dropped off later. I had to get a more expensive vehicle than I reserved and was not offered the opportunity to drop the keys in a drop box located in the rear.
