I went to my location to pick up my rental was there the minute they opened only to be told they don’t have it I have to drive to the next closest location. He told me they were upgrading me for free, so I drove there only to find out I was paying so much extra a day to use there rental. Overall bad experience.10.0 Wonderful

The clerk at the desk was very accommodating and friendly.Cons:
I requested a full size car and was given a mini SUV. I use a walker and it would not fit in the mini SUV. We tried two other vehicles and finally found one that it would fit into but you there was not a full size car there for me. The walker would fit in the trunk of a full-size car.
