This was the worst rental car experience that I have EVER had. I a retired military and due to moving around so much I have rented a lot of cars. If you rent a car from this place you will be very disappointed in the service that you receive, that is if you even get service. I was doing a one way rental and booked the car days in advance. When I arrived at the rental car company I was told ... "we don't have a car for you". I informed the person behind the desk I have a conformation from your company that I have a car reserved. I was told I understand but I don't have a car. I ask the person behind the counter what is my next step, he told me to call the Budget company. I called and explained my situation, I was then sent to another budget rental location at the airport which was about 20 miles away. I got to the new place to discover that the reservation was changed to a round trip rental and not the one way I had set up and had conformation for. After a good 30-40 minutes expelling to the person behind the counter, them explaining to her manger 2 times and showing proof that I had conformation from Budget that I had received a car for a authorized one way rental from Budget I was finally given a car. I can never see myself renting from Budget ever again. From the rude person working the desk at the Kannapolis North Carolina store to the agent on the phone that messed up the new reservation I was very disappointed in the service I received and warn anyone looking to rent from Budget in Kannapolis North Carolina PLEASE DO NOT DO IT!!6.0 Okay

Its literally just a corner desk in the Sears Auto Center so there's not much to review. The employee was nice and efficient.Cons:
Located in a mall but I wasn't aware of that. I had to call the Avis location when the GPS took me to the mall parking lot. I thought maybe the GPS was wrong. When I called, she informed me that they were located in Sears in the mall. It would be helpful to have that information on the paperwork, but thanks to smartphones, it was just a slight inconvenience.Hertz

This Concord NC location was ready right out of the gate. My wife and I were dropped off about 10 minutes early before they opened. It was raining and we were welcome to to sit until they opened at eight. Our agent ,Peter was very polite explained options and got us ready to go expeditiously. Return took a little longer, but still quite efficient9.2 Wonderful

I love renting my vehicles from here this is the only place I will rent from,I actually drive 30 plus miles to rent from here of course I can rent from other companies close to my home but I rather rent from here because I’m treated like a valued customer Sharon and John knows how to treat a customer right. Hertz concord is the only place I will rent from.
