The location you gave me for pickup was closed. And not closed for nye, closed on Sunday every Sunday. Massive failure on both kayak and enterprise. Yall cost me both time and money.

We ended up not using this car company. They called to get our license information for the pick up the day before we left, then when I mentioned I put 6 pm as the pick up but it’d likely be a little later because that’s when we were landing and is that okay, the representative informed me they close at 6 pm. I had entered the drop off and pick up times, both of which were in the evening due to our flight schedule, and apparently after closing in the search criteria and in the rental information. If I hadn’t said anything, we would have landed and been stranded with no car. I think this location should either modify the hours available for pick up and drop off in the online booking or call people immediately if they enter times at closing or outside their operating hours.

Terrible. Waited in line at desk, paid and headed to garage. Then waited over an hour for a vehicle. No cars and not nice staff.

Car was ready on time. Lots of cat hair, no damage report (had to show pics of preexisting damage to prevent charge), but worst was at no time were we informed that the drop off location did not have an after hours return thus causing massive changes to our trip.

Pickup person was indifferent about being there. The big issue is no where in the reservation process (booking, confirmation, pickup, etc.) was I informed that AVIS does NOT allow after hours drop off so had to change a lot of trip stuff after that since I showed up at the drop off location thinking I could just drop off the car like at Hertz, etc. but noooo. Had to book a hotel, rearrange travel, etc. because of this. I would simply have booked with another agency that allowed after hours instead of putting a major issue into our trip.

Pick-up was horrible! The line to get my car took almost 2 hours and then I waited another 2 hours for my car in the parking garage.

It was a terrible experience and I won't rent with Budget again. I waited in line 2 hours before I could get my car and I had reservations!. There were at least 25 customers waiting in line and only one person working at the counter.

It was extremely hard to even get a car and the price at over $200 a day is a bit much compared to other companies. They also pushed back our pick up time yet still charged the same amount. We also had the AC leaking in the car and the passenger side floor was wet. We tried to tell the associate doing drop off and he completely ignored us. It would have been much more economical for us to get Lyft and use our hotel shuttle then it was for us to use this service. It cost us almost $700 to rent a car for 48 hours.

they did not even tell me they are only open until 12 noon, and never got my car as it was closed. would not even honor my place is line and wouldnt give a car even three days later --horrible experience
