Peppy little car, wonderful to drive. Straight forward pick up and drop off. Like that we had unlimited miles and economical on gas. We were d going to be charged for an extra day sure being two hours late at drop off, but they got the time wrong on pick up and we were an hour late, and amended invoiceHertz

Took over an hour of waiting in line to pick up car as the staff was slow. They rushed through the contract process and we were not informed about additional fees that were charged.
