CHRYSLER VAN WAS NICE & ROOMY.Cons:
I drove down to Enterprise the week before when i made the reservation with KAYAK to confirm they had me in the system.....and they did. When i went to pickup the van Enterprise said they cancelled the order......WHAT!!!!! Representative said they tried to reach me by phone the day before and did not get me to confirm rental........WHAT! I showed him the VMS i recieved and that I called right back and did not get a sole to answer the phone. I told the Rep that most other companies use TEXT to verify / confirm transactions. Glad I saved the VMS & Phone call times. My guess is that they rented my van to another unhappy customer? Manager came out and resolved the issue and had a van delivered from the airport to their site......I had to come back later to pickup the van. Never had much luck with Enterprise and probably will avoid using them again.......always seem shady in their dealings with me.2.0 Poor
